Thinking ahead to the summer months I'm wondering if I should get one of these. Anyone got one - worth buying?

We have one have had it for a couple of years ...they are very common in southern france, italy rest of med area - though the one we have has a snap on clamp rather than a suction cup ..means we can fix it onto any edge often use it upside down clamped onto the poptop bed base and directed at the kids.
It is an indispensable in europe though I have to be honest we now find the UK cold so when we are home we have never used it there.

Sure does, but we have one of the fans too. It does help. One thing I found out over the recent hot weather, VW Downunder have developed a new dashboard binnacle for RHD's combined with the air vent levers which enable you to have the vents operational on RHD's

Danbury have sorted this out now on their RHD conversion. The test T2 kiteman and I drove on the open day had working flaps and levers.

We bought one of them and blowing on yourself was better, so we bought a couple of these http://www.amazon.co.uk/small-fan-Desk-Top-Safe/dp/B000RRUTC0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1305023772&sr=8-1
