| I'm working nights when this is on but I may stay up and cruise down to Brighton with the group. Then turn straight round and go home for some kip before the next nightshift! ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay | |

| Goodness, can't make this one either! Will be in Portugal until the Sunday - just me without the van. | |

| I shall be there as I live in Brighton (Hove actually as we all like to say) probably won't take the van as it's only a mile and a half from home, and the drive along the front takes forever coz of all the vans!!! Be a great day tho' a real must, look forward to seeing you all there, especially if you are an aqua bus like ours ( just ignore the fact it's meant for air breathers)

| Had this one down in my diary for attending, but my wife has got a training day at work, so alas it will have to be next year for us. ________________________________________________________________________________ Matt. | |

| I got home from work, had a bowl of crunchy nuts and a big coffee, then jumped into Max and caught up with several of the main packs on the M25 and M23. Everyone looked great. I stayed until Horsham where I turned round and went back on the northbound carriageway flashing and waving every 30 seconds.
The weather right now is great so if you've got nothing better to do, get down to Madeira Drive in Brighton - on the seafront - and catch some cracking vans. There were a number of BraziBays in the packs so go and say hello! I'm off to bed, night. ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay

| Cycled along the front today to Madiera Drive and admired all the vans (and bugs), met Mark, the owner of a '57 plate aqua bus bought from Danbury, and yes Tim I have introduced him to the forum so hope to see him here very soon! Went home after an hour as the 'liquid sunshine' started, had fab time tho'. Very impressed you managed to do all that Tim after working nights (were you as busy as Kiteman gets?)

| what a weeekend!!! managed to do the right thing and camp on friday night at epsom then join the que for the run down to brighton. lots of varients on the way but strangely two buses i saw going in the opposite direction (a red and white bay-was that you tim?!!!) and a bright orange and white aqua bus. I followed the splits and cheekily didnt have to que and rolled up nicely right in the middle. A van i left with turned up 25mins later in the bay que!! to be fair i chose to go that way as my mate has a nice 1973 bright yellow beetle and i just followed her so we could park nearby. Very rainy but i throughly enjoyed the day. I saw a white 59 plate;a silver 57 plate and a light blue 54 plate to add to my 07 light blue van. the two vans for me that stood out were in a cow theme complete with horns that mooed as they come through the crowd!!! | |

| I saw the silver special edition one heading down on Saturday am. I wonder if it was the one sold by Snailtrail a year or so back? Made to celebrate the end of the aircooled engine. ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay | |

| I had a great afternoon down on Madeira Drive. Some fantastic vans on show. Didn't take my bus, cos I knew the traffic would just be a nightmare, as it was. The weather just about held off while we were there, too.
The time obviously spent on the best of the vans there defies belief!
