I can't find the thread about Danbury achieving ISO 9001 but I just wanted to say that customer needs and satisfaction are very definitely well embedded.
I went back to Yate this morning with a small niggle and despite it being an impromptu and unannounced visit, they set about resolving the issue with great gusto, while I waited in comfort with a swiftly made mug of tea. The fault was quickly identified, the offending part swapped out and replaced and I set back on my way with smiles all round.
So many thanks to all involved. Fantastic service.

Must admit, it is handy being only 20minutes away from them. (edit - 30 minutes in the Brazi )

Must say we have always found Jason and the guys at Danbury great - even when we were in Belgium they spent loads of time with no profit for them talking me through any technical stuff so that either I or our belgium garage new exactly what was what

Tallulah went to Yate for a service today and once again Matt and the boys in the workshop went above and beyond.
Just wanted to pass on our thanks - Tallulah is a very happy girl and purred all the way home on the M4
