Just thought I'd post up a few pics of the insulated cover I've sorted for Robin. It completely cuts out light into the poptop and I hope may lead to more cosier nights in Robin. Cheers - Batty

Hi Folks It is a slightly mouldable material and thus is okay to mould a little to fit tightly - but I have a secure strap at the joint to hold it all together. It is a bit fiddly to get in to position on my own - but should be easier with two people. I left it on overnight in moderate winds and it was completely secure. Cheers - Batty

Didn't realise light through the material was an issue. But it looks snug, if a bit of a chore putting it on.
It's not an issue, but it is canvas so you do get a degree of light bleeding through if the sun is shining in the am. Not enough to wake up a youngster though! Putting the thermal stuff on would cut out the light more.

I don't think I need worry too much about light bleeding through the canvas in the morning. Having a sunroof will have more of an effect sunlight-in-the-morning-wise
