Subject: Cornwall - December!! Sun Dec 09, 2012 10:32 pm
Just been for a December break to Cornwall (glamping because we are old and feel the cold!) However it was good to see over the hedges, brew up and see the sea (one of the many reasons why we bought another bay), walk on a beach and smell the fresh breeze (fish & chips still in the air as well!) Interesting - in 3 days in the one county where I would expect to meet a classic van around every bend - we saw not a single one on the road. There was one orange 1970's bay parked up - but no-one on the road!! Mark

I'm not surprised, everyone's living in fear of salt on the roads!
Good to hear you're keeping your Brazibay on the move though, they get all stiff if they don't get out much.

Well that is true - but used here it is an attempt to avoid confessing that we B&Bed because of the season! (no longer being hardy enough to properly tour and camp in December) but still enjoyed all the daytime benefits of our beautiful bus (we have no proper name - usually referred to as "the Dormie")
