I think Albert needs some new shoes and my favourite wheels are the retro Empi Dish style wheels which I think will suit his retro style. Everywhere I look they seem to be out of stock. I see a couple of people on here have them and wondered where they were from. Any help would be great.

I got mine from VW Heritage but I think they are out of stock of the ssp version, I had ordered the Flat 4 version from them but it was at the time of the tsunami in Japan so I went for the SSP one's. You do need to grind a bit off your rear drums for them to fit though.

You have to take the squareness off the lip as the wheels spokes hit off them and you can't tighten the wheel up against the drum. A bit time consuming as I only took enough off for clearance which I checked with a sheet of paper. I really liked the wheels so it was needs must.
