This is probably a dumb question, but I have been trying for ages to get the hang of pasting from other topics.
I have a crib sheet which says :- Top right :- Actions Copy BBcode URL New box opens. Copy contents to buffer. (This is where I am having the problem, the box has a script highlighted in blue, but whatever I do my computer just beeps back at me, the only thing I can do is delete the text) The next thing on the crib sheet is :- Click OK to close box Paste contents into post.
I have never got as far as the last two, what am I doing wrong.

When the box contents are highlighted blue Dizzy, right click and copy. That should then save the link into your buffer.

Just realised what I was doing wrong,....the mouse cursor wasn't in the confines of the box
