Any advise on getting a bike rack to fit a camper with spare wheel on the back?

We got danbury to fit a tow-bar when we got the van. We now use a thule 4 bike rack which fits on the tow-bar - no problems with the spare wheel.

We got a Watling detachable tow bar (see many threads, a club deal) and fit a Buzz rack two bike rack:-
