| Into a second week in Cornwall and during this trip we've slept the other way round. We used to sleep with our heads towards the back of the Kombi but now switched to heads towards the front. Have to say we've both slept better this way round. So which way do you sleep - head to the back or front ? | |

| Head to the back, however the key to a good nights sleep is leveling the van as much as possible, with a very slight bias toward the back (back very slightly higher than the front). Don't underestimate how much difference a level van can make. ________________________________________________________________________________ www.alpinegrovetouringpark.com Twitter: @AlpineGrove Facebook: facebook.com/alpinegrovetouringpark

| Head to the back . And, using a good tip given to us by Roobarb, we unfold and stand up the top cushions from the buddy-seat across the tailgate. osg | |

| We, like we suspect most will do, sleep with our head at the rear of the camper. Allows us to use the spotlights this way round and as stated, pillows may fall off the other way round. Provides a better view with the 'head at the rear' in our pinion too! Rambling now . . . . | The pillows will only fall off if you're over a certain height! For the vertically challenged of us it's not a problem! For the record I've tried both ways but default to pillows at the rear. | Depends on how full the tank is..... ! When my T3 was full we'd sleep feet to the rear, so the wafts of fumes weren't too pungent. Hmm was probably something to get looked at ________________________________________________________________________________ Just Another Victim Of The Ambient Morality

| Head to the back; we use our spare cushions to boost the height. | |

| Like Camperbug we get wafts of fumes and that was the original reason for sleeping the other way round. After comparing to Sunny (who had the same issue) I think the petrol breather needs a look at during the next service. | |

| Head to front.....full width bed but narrows at the back due spare wheel, plus with overhead locker might make it a bit closto if head to back. | |
