What did you have done Ray? Power steering or rack and pinion or both?

Power steering with recon box which has made steering much nicer, empi shifter which removes the stress of picking up reverse instead of second on downshift and also a brake bar extension which makes brake feel more positive On other bits full service inc Cambelt stainless steel water pipes new discs drums cylinders and fluid fixed niggles like stuck things and not working things and general going over its really like new now I did think long and hard over rack and pinion but at over £3000 it's a lot of money and I also didn't want to remove too much T2 character it's really easy to steer at low speeds now still vague on centre when driving but that's part of the experience next up is some paint touch up and Newton door cards I'm also getting a steering wheel trimmed in leather
