Fuse - Fuse question Empty
PostSubject: Fuse question   Fuse - Fuse question EmptyMon Jul 13, 2015 9:19 pm

Bought these in Range over the weekend, thought at £1.49 they weren't bad value for 24 fuses and removal tool.

http://www.therange.co.uk/carkit-25-piece-car-fuse-set/cleaning-and-restoring/The-Range/fcp-product/93515

Took them off the packing card tonight, and it said 'Fuses can be broken into 10's when there is over current'. (see centre picture). Any suggestion from a lecky welcome if I am missing something, or is it a case of mis-translation from the Chinese manufacturer. scratch   Smile

In retrospect, perhaps I should have gone for something like these, it would make finding the blown fuse easier to find in a block of 18 without having to search for the right one.

Other in line holders are also available like this one, which would be useful for the leisure battery fuse that seems to blow on a regular basis. (although this one says 20A max)
