Drove to the Farnham sustainability fayre and then onto Just Kampers open day.

JK open day was quiet and not many stalls, apart from the JK sales; a bit uninspiring, really.

Inspired by Skytiger’s wash and wax routine I gave Eddie a full pamper session. He’s all ready to show off at Simply VW next Saturday.

Took Tallulah to Ilminster to collect Oli after a cycle ride with scouts. There happened to be a classic car show on at the time, had a few people ask why we parked on the road and not in the show field!!

Used Tallulah to shift a couple of caravan's from their pitches on site - making some space for the Summer Solstice meet!

Had the afternoon off and took Tallulah (and the kids) to the beach for fish and chips and a play in the sand.

Tallulah took us to Langport for the early evening with the kayak, haven’t been on the water since last summer, what a great evening for it!

Gave TigerLily a wash and wax after her starter motor ordeal. Then addressed her gutters with hammerite as had quite a lot of friction scratches.

Don't forget a good spraying of a silicone agent such as Carplan's Original Black will help to create slip between the roof braiding and the bodywork.

Drilled holes in the roof! Eeek! Shocked

Attached an awning rail in an attempt to get our awning to fit better, had a wee trial run and it looks good so far! The test will be when we’re on holiday in a few weeks, I’ll do a write up when we get back to let you know if it was successful or not! Laughing

Finished off creating the shelf above the fridge compressor.

I wanted to get that authentic 'Danbury' feel to the shelf, so reused as much of the old shelf, using parts for the two side supports and a backstop.  The backstop means there's a route for any heat generated by the compressor to be dissipated.
