when you say you started again, ripped her out, did you refit her yourself?
Yep. I wanted to buy a bus only but Danbury would not sell that to me as when I initially looked into it I was looking at a full spec camper. We decided we wanted to do our own thing and try to make it personal rather than the Danbury look. Dont get me wrong there is nothing wrong with their look its just our choice. Anyway I am in the interiors game and know how much these things cost so wasnt prepared to pay for that. When we decided to drop down to a bus only they would only sell me an Amigo. So be it we bought it and ripped the whole thing out and made the units to our spec and did the reupholstery, paint job and waxoiled. End result is what we want and saved thousands. As for resale value.......who cares. By the way.... I still have the Amigo kitchen unit and table if anyone is interested let me know and you can have it.
