We are too I think. No mention of pricing for this years tickets yet, but it's 3 days of camping rather than the 2 last year! ________________________________________________________________________________ www.alpinegrovetouringpark.com Twitter: @AlpineGrove Facebook: facebook.com/alpinegrovetouringpark

| It was last year Scooby although it was only two nights. Next year it's three. A lot depends on the line up. On saying that we spent an hour in the oompah tent last year and had a fab time. | |

| Just checked, an adult ticket is £62.20, teens (13-17) are £17, children (5-12) £7 and under 5s are free.
This is a 30% discount on the full ticket price, but not as generous as the first year early bird price of £35.

| No Club Camping this year evidently, just "As you like it" or "Family" camping. We might have to stake a claim. | |

10pm curfew in "Family", midnight in "As you like it".

Ok, I've sent them an email asking why there's no club camping, let's see what they say. ________________________________________________________________________________ www.alpinegrovetouringpark.com Twitter: @AlpineGrove Facebook: facebook.com/alpinegrovetouringpark

| There was a lot of space in the field where we were in last year. It might be a matter of those arriving on the Friday morning saving some room for the others. Brazilian flags at the ready!! | |

| Some Facebook users have asked if they can book club camping and got a reply of "no". It's upset a few people so the organisers might have a rethink. | |

| Is anyone planning to go to Camper Calling? Early bird bookings close tomorrow, but they haven't relented about club camping. | |

| We're going to give it a miss this year. It's the weekend after the Kaper and getting the Friday off work isn't possible for Mrs HH. I do think they made a mistake not offering club camping and so far they've only released the name of one band and they're not what I would consider a headline act. | |

| All music acts have now been announced, TBH we're not that impressed, especially since there is no VW camping and it's not looking likely to change.
Such a shame, last year was fab, but I don't think we will be going this year. ________________________________________________________________________________ www.alpinegrovetouringpark.com Twitter: @AlpineGrove Facebook: facebook.com/alpinegrovetouringpark

I thought the same. They had a real opportunity to build on the success of last year's event but instead it seems to have taken a step backwards. Shame.

| Unfortunately we can't consider this as too close to coming back from the Kaper and can't get the Friday off work. ________________________________________________________________________________ Steve, Jo TigerLily and Carra the Child lovin' Golden Cocker | |

| Musical 'yoot' were great at CamperJam last year.
There were two or three bands each day that we were happy to listen to, even looking forward to. I just don't have the same feeling about the lineup this year.

| We had a fabulous time there, the weather obviously helped as the sun shone for the whole three days, the music was good, the food prices were not too excessively overpriced for a festival. they could have done with a few more showers but the ones that we used were very clean with good hot water. The toilets are always a talking point at festivals and the ones we used were clean and serviced regularly. The stewards seemed very helpful and laid back where you could camp. When we arrived, we were with Alison and Andy in Sage and were supposed to be meeting up with Sue and Steve Johnson but had been sent different camping allocations but when we explained, it wasn't an issue at all and they changed our camping stickers so we could all camp together. The other good thing we found there was a trader selling auto keys, he can now supply and program keys for Brazilian Kombi's, we tried him out and it opened the doors and started the engine on our Ronnie no problem. The cost was £65. the whole process took about 10 mins to sort out. He does however need to visit your vehicle to complete your process. His name is Matt and his number is 07804 753022 . He is based in Norfolk but does lots of shows. I told him i would put it on the forum for him so it would be good if you decide to use him and mention you had seen him via here.
The other thing was the company, great people we camped with, Sue & Steve, Alison & Andy, Martin & Natalie all helped make an amazing weekend. ________________________________________________________________________________ Timmm
