| The Christmas list was written up this morning in my household and because my cars are part of the family they each get a treat too. As discussed elsewhere I've treated Max to a new reg, but it's not going on until Christmas week - so it at least feels like a present! So what are you planning to treat your Kombi to? One of the brilliant aspects of owning a new T2 is that they are so individually customise-able. Rather than spending out on constant mechanical repairs and bodywork on a Classic Bay, you can turn your hard earned cash into great features for your retro-ride. Good times. ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay | |

| I like the gap between the seats to much to fill it with something big. ________________________________________________________________________________ Matt. | |

| I have decided that our van, Mish, will have a joint present to share with myself, the good lady and our son....... I have purchased it today, an inflatable kayak complete with paddles etc etc. I had been looking at kayaks for sometime but the issues of carrying it and storing had reared thier heads, then I found the Sevylor Hudson, a three seater inflatable......perfect! All I have to do now is actually convince' the good lady herself,' that it was SANTA'S idea........ that shouldn't be a problem, should it? | |

| Hopefully - though I guess it may just end up being a present rather than an xmas pressy as it will take longer than then - Daphne will be getting new foam and vinyl rear seats and rock and roll cushion. Something designed so that it doesn't move either when upright or flat --- grey with two central tuck and roll panels and navy blue pipping
The only thing that worries me is the conversion from azeri manats to euros to pounds ---how much commission and its only British banks that charge these sort of silly fees

| I think it's going to be a petrol powered rear heater after this weather!!! or does that count as a pressie for me? Either way, once it's fitted, winters will be much milder!!! | |
