| Mattress toppers. What's everyone using? Which is the best option? Anyone using a Duvalay? Thanks in advance - my back will be grateful for any suggestions! | |

| @bumble love their duvalay, we just use a thick woolen blanket and a regular bed sheet. ________________________________________________________________________________ www.alpinegrovetouringpark.com Twitter: @AlpineGrove Facebook: facebook.com/alpinegrovetouringpark

I guess it depends on the size of your bed - 3/4s or full width - to help you decide what will work for you. Yes, we've tried a few:- Zonesleep - we visited the company to talk to them about what they could do for Brazibays, ending up with us borrowing a mattress topper that they use for T5/T6 vans. It is a good topper and one that we now use on our own bed. We have also tried a Zonesleep pillow, that I also now use on our bed at home. https://zonesleep.co.uk/product/zonesleep-mattress-topper/ Duvalay - we bought a couple of these from eBay and subsequently bought some bags to put them in. They're like a sleeping bag/duvet and are very comfortable. https://www.duvalay.co.uk/camping/duvalay-compact-sleeping-bag Happy to talk more about them; what would you like to know? P.

| I use two fleecey blankets and a duvet underneath,as when it comes to camping the more comfort and warmth you have the better the experience.I apply the same rules for tent camping. | |

| Just bought a king size memory foam topper from Dunelm (sale on) king size. It'll need a bit of adjustment to fit the taper at the rear end of the bus. ________________________________________________________________________________ Pete and Sue.

| We need to find something else too , we've had a roll up mattress for years that's now lost its support. Tempted to bite the bullet and go Duvalay ________________________________________________________________________________ Steve, Jo TigerLily and Carra the Child lovin' Golden Cocker | |

| We have been using the same Duvalay sleeping bags since 2012. First in caravan then in our Danbury diamond layout and finally in T6 Surf king. Their durability is quite remarkable and suits us just fine. I think they would be difficult to fit in Rio layout but they iron out undulations caused by multiple mattress layouts quite well. | |

So we have a Rio layout and, yes, they do overlap a bit at the sides, but we make it work. P.

| Duvalay all the way. They come in different widths they are a little wide but the extra bit curls up the sides and takes the cold away from the metal |

That's very true; I forgot to add that as a benefit! P.

| Just bought a 2inch memory foam topper in a small double size from ebay, will still need a trim around the units, but will hopefully do the trick! | |

| Scooby has a 50mm memory foam topper which goes on top of the foam mattress provided for the pop-top bed that we use on the rock 'n' roll bed - it's great!
It returns up both sides by about 50-75mm in our Rio layout ________________________________________________________________________________ Proud winners of Spike's Trophy 2017 Scooby - Born To Run
