We have been looking for a trailer and saw this advert in Camper and Bus and checked them out.
www.dbeilt.co.uk
They manufacture a trailer which seems to be the same trailer that Danbury are selling (same images on the websites gave it away)but there is a difference in price. It looks a handy little piece of kit.
Spoke to them today and got some costs to compare.
From dbeilt the trailer costs £2595 painted any colour, Danbury £2799 not sure if painted is included possibly an extra as the price list doesnt make it clear.
Extras of Colour coded mudguards, security barrel lock and jockey wheel. dbeilt £162 Danbury £299.
This is a saving of £342 if you buy direct and cut out the middle man.
If you want the trailer bare to do your own thing you can get it from dbeilt for £1950.
They aslo supply it in alloys and they are also cheaper.
It pays sometimes to shop around.

These look great especially when done to match your bus. But practically how good are they? I have a plain boring erde but it stores at the end of my garage and still leaves room for the car (or Bertha if she were low enough) but that trailer would not stand on end, also how much do they hold?
Has anyone got one to tell us about them?
Would be jelous if someone rocked up with one all matching lol

Looks a nice little trailer, ideal for taking extra stuff camping as it's lockable and (presumably) dry inside.
Personally though I'd proceed with caution paying that amount of money to a company who won't put a postal address on their web site and only provide a mobile phone number.
Hi Tilly,
I see your point re the address and mobile number, I spoke to Ben on the mobile and he emailed me through all the spec and costs. They quote 2 weeks for one in a bare finish and 3/4 weeks painted to your choice. I think they should be ok to deal with if they are the company making them for Danbury.
