The wifi isn't great here, but we are having a blast. Here's some pics of the trip so far:
Meet in Portsmouth
Check-in for the Bretagne
Drinks in the bar
Half way enroute to the campsite
We stopped for a photo!
We've created quite a stir on the roads out here!

Looking like you are all having a great time, and plenty of clear sky.
Has Dalesman made it there yet, and have you got to the beach.

The 'Mistral' must have moved north a bit.

Great pics, eagerly looking forward to more and further write-ups.
Even looks like you all have a magnetic effect on the street lights, and they are bending forward to get a better look. Scary.......

Part 1 : Our trip was a little different to everyone else's.....
It all started so well with 2 nights in Bath at the Bath Marina campsite - recommended - on the tow path, good pub nearby, opposite the park and ride.
Sunday a leisurely drive though the New Forest en-route to Portsmouth
Leaving the New Forest we crossed a cattle grid with a nasty pothole and the front n/s suspension collapsed...
Flippin 'eck or words to that effect
While the rest of the group were checking in for the ferry we were being towed to Brand Autos nr Bordon
Two days later and all sorted we arrived at the rendezvous point.....
Awww guys where are you? We're only 48hrs late you could have waited
Had to get the ferry to Caen as St Malo was full but Brittany Ferries were great moving us without charge, and added bonus we were 1st off the ship in France
The campsite was great when we arrived, the pitches were large and we backed onto open country
to be continued

Part 2
Each morning the mobile van doctors did their rounds sorting out everyone's minor mechanical issues, thanks Tim and Daz
An evening run out for food and to walk around St Gilles.
Couldn't find any parking spaces in St.Gilles, went round and round so Tim decided on the Brazibay.Com remake of The Italian Job - we went up and down the back streets, down narrow lanes and even narrower alleys - Starring TimV as Michael Caine, Dalesman as Noel Coward, MarcusH as Benny Hill and HappyHouse as the bloke that drove the coach over the mountain pass - Not coming to a cinema soon.
Eventually we emerged back onto the harbour front driving between the pavement diners to applause and much photo taking, the town was busy but we got a drink and listened to some live music
to be continued
