| Tim - how about adding evening entertainment as an option. It was great to get together in the courtyard this year although I recall a very dodgy disco! Lol! ________________________________________________________________________________ Absinthe makes the heart grow fonder

| Scooby may be interested in next year's Kombi Kaper in Spain, but would prefer a smaller site if possible? | To keep you posted, I'm currently waiting to see what leave I get allocated next summer. Until I know what time I have off work, I can't progress this any further. ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay | |

| So this was discussed a bit tonight at the Monster Meet. Who wants to go back to La Foret? ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay | |

- Of course, we could just go back to the Vendee. The site had loads to do, entertainment, plenty for kids and seaside nearby. If they could put us on the field on the left as you drove in we wouldn't disturb anyone although I'm not sure there was EHU available.
I know our teenager and get bf would love it there.
We could probably book it direct and ask for a space together.

Out of interest Lilyvdub, why isn't it for you if it isn't a too personal question?

| Tbh if we aren't bringing Gabbie with us then La Foret wouldn't be the best for us but as a venue that suits people with little 'uns it'd take some beating.
I think we'll probably go abroad out of season next year. I've had 32 years of having to go in the school holidays so at last we may be able to avoid it. ________________________________________________________________________________ Absinthe makes the heart grow fonder

No not too personal, we would have liked an area which was more within Cycle / walking distance of places to visit .We like to cycle and walk, not drive to places. |

| Suggestions please - I'm really busy at the moment so the more research people can help with, the better. We need to try and satisfy as many of the criteria as possible: suitable for families, decently located for sun, affordable, on site bar/entertainment, walking distance to a town, capable of taking 15 or so club campervans. ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay | |

| Been in contact with Select Sites today. They're hunting down a site on the Vendee coast, walking distance to the beach, bar, waterslides, walking distance from a town, that will take 15 BraziBays pitched together last week of July, first week of August. They're coming back to me. ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay | |

| August out of the question for us in 2014 unfortunately , July and Sept both fine , too many people at work with kids who want time off in the school holidays. Having no children at school anymore means I'm asked to give them preference... That's decent and responsible of you bb. However, you could join us for the last week in July maybe and motor home before August kicks in? Like that idea Tim , sounds like a plan...
