I think we need a ceremony for the pop of Petals top. Just imagine a) how shiny the canvas is going to be under there and b) the spiders!

and it's not the economy sized version....
Small problem though, as I raised the roof the 'draught excluder' at the front fell off! Soon put it back with the aid of a step ladder and re-checked it after lowering the roof but although the roof is properly down at the sides and the 4 catches locked inside:-
there is a 1 cm gap across the whole centre of the roof :-
At the back the fit is fine, should it be like this, I've never looked at the roof this close before
Look at the dirt under there! kiteman would have apoplexy! Get cleaning Mr. Eales. It's the law.

Subject: Roof gap Wed Sep 22, 2010 6:49 am
Phew! Thought I'd got a problem. That gap is strange, it looks as if it would fit exactly on the roof about 1cm further forward where the cab area is a little higher. I'd rather not have the wind and rain forced into this gap, thinking cap on to solve this
