I know we don't want to think about it, particularly as the sun is still shining brightly (at least it is here in London) but the campervan season is drawing to a close. So it makes me wonder what, if any, use you will make of your BraziBay during the colder months? If you're like me, I keep mine going, for a variety of reasons, one of which is Max proves an excellent form of transport during the Christmas period for conveying people and presents! santa rendeer

But what are you planning on doing? Question Basketball

Tallulah stays in daily use, at least until the school holidays, although not if there's snow forecast.

While out of use she gets parked up beside the house with hookup and an oil radiator on low. This way she is ready to accommodate any family or friends who might visit assuming we run out of space inside the house.

We occasionally use T to visit friends or family too, especially if they have limited sleeping space or we have large pressies to deliver.

Scooby is 'free range' through out the year!
One thing we always doo is go to the New Forest for a day in between Christmas and the New Year.
Other than that, if it's a nice over the winter (no salt/grit etc. on the roads) then we go out for other days too.
Scooby seems to like it. Smile

Mish stays in daily use come rain, shine, snow, he has no choice. I do treat him to a new pair of socks to keep my legs warm tho'.

Not done a winter yet but plans so far are Halloween bash in October. Glastonbury carnival in November. Staying somewhere from 27th December to 2nd January - haven't decided where yet - any suggestions?

Then maybe a little bit of time wrapped up snug in the barn until Feb half term

The socks go round the pedals to stop the draft up my trouser leg!

Yes, and once fitted, I never changed them.

I think it's lost something in the telling Wink

If I still had mine she'd be on the drive, no cover, occasional use, hooked up to a trickle charger.

No socks

No socks

But instead, she's just sat outside somewhere else, doing nothing, going nowhere. Rolling Eyes

I store Eddie in the garage all year round but I do take him out during the Winter to get his oil circulating. I also clean the fridge and leave the lid off/door open to allow the fresh air in.

We are being very lucky this year. Just about to move into Winter and we have mild weather and no sign of salt on our roads. So our camper is still motoring along and free from its off-the-road lay-up period.

Took Eddie for a run out yesterday afternoon but tucked him back into the garage before the heavens opened.

Scooby remains 'free range' through out the year, with odd trips over the winter months - when the weather allows. Smile
