Subject: 1 night/2 night booking options @ The KOMBI Sleepover 2016 Mon Apr 11, 2016 4:21 am
The Admin Team has decided to offer 1 and 2 night options for our club show at the end of May.
There are 2 reasons behind this:
1. It may be the case that members wishing to attend can only do so for 1 or 2 nights. We've planned such a great show, we don't want anyone to miss out so hopefully these new options will allow for that.
The cost of 1 night is £35 and 2 nights £60.
2. We're hiring in a big top marquee, a generator, 3 individual showers and a luxury toilet block for the show. We also need to pay the farm for the use of the field. At this time, the 25 pitches booked will not cover the costs of putting this show together for the club. The admin team hope that the new booking options will solve this. It wasn't our intention to offer these extra booking options but feel this is necessary due to a general lack of commitment to date.
An update to the booking page will appear shortly and there will be 2 new Paypal buttons for booking in for either 1 or 2 nights.
We look forward to seeing many of you @ The KOMBI Sleepover!

Come on all you Brazibayers, get booked up! Anyone who has been before knows what to expect. For anyone new to these events, it's the ideal place to meet other owners and pick up new tips and ideas for your van. We also raised over £1700 for charity last year, and hope to do better for our chosen charity, Cancer Research, this year. Many of us have good reason to be thankful for the work done by Cancer Research, let's see what we can give back, and have a blast while we are doing it.

The online booking form and payment pages have now been updated to enable 1 and 2 night bookings in addition to weekend bookings as before.
