Subject: Recommended Awning for Lowered Kombi Sun Dec 11, 2016 11:45 pm
I'm looking to get a driveaway awning with 2 separate bedrooms in it. I have a lowered 2007 Kombi. Any suggestions on a good one to suit a lowered Kombi?

You don't need to worry about the fact that your Kombi is lowered as any driveaway awning will work. You have a lot of choice from traditional pole, quick erect, inflatable or bell tent style. There have been a lot of topics and posts on the different types of awnings. Your best bet is to pop 'awning' into the search function and have a read.

Doo consider a Kyham Driveaway Sleeper Awning - we have one and think its great - but doo also look at all the comments as suggested by Harry Hornet when using the search function.

We've got a Khyam driveaway sleeper awning, having upgraded from the standard driveaway awning. Two bedrooms that can also be one, with the dividing curtain raised.

We also like the glawning however we have a 4m bell tent a sun canopy that we use to create a covered space between kombi and tent. We also use other strategically placed attachments to make our camp more private if needed.
