Subject: Rattling coming from driver side air vent Sat Jul 31, 2021 6:12 am
Hi all! Has anyone ever had a rattle coming from the driver side air vent - im wondering whether something has come loose inside or has dropped in to the air vent through the windscreen vent. very annoying rattle when driving. Is there an easy way to investigate the ducting? Thanks for any advice Deva and Nemo (thats out blue Kombi)

The vents don't actually do much on Brazzers, the intake flaps behind the the grille in the front are sometimes sealed shut and the levers aren't connected. The round vent covers either side if the dashboard just pull out, so you can shine a torch inside, but it's likely that the rattle is a vibration rather than anything dropped inside the vent tubes.

Update! - as advised (thanks purple) - i took off the vent to discover that the rear pipe had become completely disconnected from the feed pipe and was rattling around - problem sorted by stuffing it back in!!
