Hi there - we bought our T2 Kombi (we named Kevin) last July from VW Kampers. We've had some great trips in it so far (and made a few mistakes along the way!).
One thing we did struggle with was creating meals from our 2 gas rings and small oven hob, so my wife, Helen, wrote a cook book with recipes adapted to the facilities available in a VW Campervan.
There are 60 recipes, all designed to help you prepare delicious, simple, home-cooked meals in a short space of time in the confined space of your campervan.
