I like the idea but am wondering whether to get one. It's not so much the awning that's the problem, it's the trailer needed for all the rugs, beds, sofas, candles, drapes and throws that need to be transported as well.

OMG just seen this - I LOVE Bell tents and in an awning - I am smitten! I want one!!!!

Yeah, Martin's doing a full demonstration on how to put one up and cut a flue hole in it at the kombi sleepover aren't you Martin ;-)

Actually we're aiming to get there early on Friday and get it up before too many people are around. And we'll give the flue a miss on this trip...

If you cut a hole for the flue, is there a cover for said hole in the event you don't use the stove?

I think the connector has a folding silicon sleeve that fills the gap, Chris. Try Googling Frontier Stove accessories.

I do find it slightly odd that you dislike Google so much due to the apparent way they use data (note that much of what you hear/see in the press and on social media is scare mongering and not actually true) yet you assume that Bing, a significant revenue generating part of the Microsoft behemoth who has in the past been found guilty by the US and EU courts for various things, treat all of your data with the utmost integrity.

I'm not saying that Google are squeaky clean, but if I were to list companies that people trust, I don't think Microsoft would get a mention.

Not just press but personal experience, Gmail, G+, Playstore, its attitude. True, others may be bad but not through personal experience, yet.

Yes, £25 cash back for name dropping buyers. Sunny, we supply the Anevay (formerly camping solutions) flashing kit which has no lid so there would be a hole without the flue fitted but it's easy enough to fashion something up - bing might have some ideas (but not as many as google)...
