| Over on Dubs4Sale.com right now there's a couple of Australian imported RHD Classic Bays. They are priced at £24,500 and £33,000 respectively. This is complete madness - for a '74 and '77 T2. | Same company by the looks of it Scooby.
It never ceases to amuse me how some traders over-hype in their description of the vans they have for sale: 'stunning - yes another one, no expense spared, looks amazing, awesome, looks unreal, too good to miss, etc.
Over-hype has the adverse affect on how I read an ad. Go over the top and it starts to make me suspicious. But maybe that's just me...

They are starting to sound a bit like Estate Agents! There are plenty of people throwing big money at rusty old UK bays, see plenty of people spending £5K-£10K on metalwork alone, and that doesnt even include painting! | |

| I dont think it is fair that we can judge someones product which they are selling without any knowledge of what it is and especially if we have not seen it. Surely the asking price is down to the seller and if the buyer views and agrees the price then that is their choice. If the demand for campers classic or new is high then that is good for the owners.
Having a go at Classic sales is following the pattern of some of the Classic owners views about our Brazilians which I dont believe is correct. As for the wording and phrases used then that is marketing...you dont have to venture far from our products websites and brochures to see that that happens. | |
