| hello, i hope that is the correct word for this. :-) here in germany, i don't can buy a trailer hitch for the VW t2C. in every garage, they said to me, they don't can do this for this car. but i know that the cars (40)t hey came to germany for import has a traikler hitch on some cars. in 2005 was a option to buy it for the car. but the first owner from the car, don't want this. i asked many garage owners for the trailer hitch .............. :-( i asked vwantiago for a orginal brazilien trailer hitch. but it is the same answer for me. i hope anyone for you has an idea for me :-)

| I think 'tow bar' is what you're meaning.
Both Danbury and VW Kampers supply tow bars to fit Brazilian Kombis. Why not contact them and see if you can get one sent to Germany? ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay

| Yes we sell tow bars and electrics but the postage to Germany will be expensive as the part is very heavy! | |

I'm not too clued up on these matters so might be wrong, but as long as you get it tested with a proper engineers report you should be ok. Not sure how it works on the continent though. ________________________________________________________________________________ Ginger man without a ginger van

| i have buy it from internet.i am not the first owner from the car. the colour was on it. but i find it know better as silver. the german "tüv" wants to change all glases from the car. so i dont have the green glases.but this is only on totime. i will change it in the next time. at first i must have enough money :-) but the rest from the car is prata, without the colour :-) 40 cars came here to germany.that is what i heard and read from the internet. the first owner from the car doesent knows about the prata i think. but it is know better for me ;-) the sticker from prata is in the cockpit with :last edition, serie prata, but i have put it nearly to the gearstick because i have a vdo clock for "speed advert"
i hope you understand my broken english :-)

| Are you saying that your Kombi used to be the Special Edition silver with the black bumpers? Then someone painted it white over yellow!?!
In my opinion - that is crazy. ________________________________________________________________________________ Max SportsKombi - The Bay Racer @brazilianvwbay

| Sounds more than crazy to me...
I would never ever change a thing on it! Really thinking about including a radio with speaker under the dashboard so that no speakers are needed visible in the doors.
Ideas are very welcomed.
