Our concern would be how often do we have totally snow covered roads? Even last winter the main roads were clear around here Might help on the drive though! Not on the Scooby Christmas List

Look like too much effrot - can't be driven when road is gritted, need to drive forward and back to fit !! £50 !!
Don't take the van out in snow might be easier advice.

I bought a set for my every day car last year as getting of the estate is horrendous in all of the compact snow and ice.
By the time they came though the worst had gone so I didn't use them.
They certainly seem good quality, but I wouldn't want to be running on any thing that was snow/ice free. I think they'd break up pretty quick.
I've got full winter tyres on this year though. I couldn't resist a new set of rubber
