Lego bus - help Empty
PostSubject: Lego bus - help   Lego bus - help EmptyMon Feb 13, 2012 9:57 pm

Anyone out there want to help me with constructing my Lego bus - feel free to contact me - they can look after my 2 children whilst I get on with it. I've only managed the engine bay so far. It might be ready by the time of the sleepover at this rate.

It is now progressing. Engine and engine bay built, 1 of the side double doors nearly done, chassis completed - all at a a price. My son is watching The Incredibles. Tallulah - your son was called Oliver wasn't he - we were the black van next to you.

We built ours over 3 nights, doing a bit at a time. Ann sorted out the bits that were next needed while i put them together. As we were in no hurry, it was very enjoyable, unlike some of the models i had to build when the kids were small, who wanted them NOW

There are always a few pieces left over, even on the smaller models. It tends to be the smaller, fragile or 'special' bits. I guess they stick an extra couple in just in case.
