| We have had a new T2 for a short while, and have enjoyed it so far. We found this site after surfing a few which seemed rather miserable, and not over complimentary of Brazilian vans. Anyway, hope it is a great success.
Rebel is our old German Shephard who died a couple of years ago, but her spirit lives on. She was named after a dog we met in California who was owned by a windsurfing doctor from SF who went round with his dog in an old van. Just seemed a good username compared with some alternatives.
She would point out amongst other things that the 2 of us, and our new dog, are completely useless and don't know what we are doing.
Harsh, but possibly true in the case of VW vans.
Looking forward to using the van in the sunny weather. | |

| Hi Rebeldog and welcome to a great forum...what the guys on here don't know about the Brazilian Bay ain't worth knowing and I am sure you will get a great deal of knowledge from searching the many topics, also some great how to videos and tips for sorting out your new bay!

| Thanks for all the greetings. Will no doubt have plenty of questions in time. Our next door neighbours at our old house had motorhomes that seemed to get bigger every year, and ended up as virtually an HGV. We always said that it looked a great idea, but we would want to keep it small as we are explorers of byways not motorway cruisers. Hence this seems the idea vehicle. | |
