On a serious note, have you checked your deeds to make sure you are allowed to run a business from your home? Be a shame to be caught out by a technicality. I'm not allowed to keep a boat on the premises!

Hi Northpoles. Give the sales team and ring and discuss what deal they can do for you. Yes the 'Celebration' model is a full 5 seater (optional 7 seater) and the rear seat converts into king size bed, raising roof, white wheels, special interior and seating etc..All as standard.

No, Tim - we would not keep the boat either...
As far as I am aware we are OK (not that we have another Snail Trail there You would not see much of a difference.
On a serious note when/if we get another one we might need to find another place to keep one of them. It will get a bit crowded. But - I can always worry about that one later

Yes, it may be quite handy in some areas. We are quite lucky where we are, next to the moors area which nicely drains all that water and away from notorious rivers in York itself.
