We've been with Alison's family at Wing Hall in Rutland this weekend. If ever you think of organising a Midlands meet, JLS, then this would be a decent venue.
We'd booked an electric hook up and when we booked in the lady in the shop said she wouldn't sell us a card as there could be £5 left on the meter. When we got to our pitch there was 40p so we thought we'd better get a card for when it ran out. We bought one for £1 and still had £1.20 left when we checked out on Sunday!
The site is a little rough and ready around the showers and toilets but the shop and cafe are ace. The pitches could do with a bit of tidying up but the views are great and there was a bonus of a red kite flying around on Friday afternoon.

If I don't do them quickly I forget what's happened (it's my advancing years you know ) and with Dazdub 2 and a week in Wales to come I don't want them backing up.
