Volksworld Show - 28th/29th March 2015 - Sandown Park Esher, Surrey

Many thanks to oldskoolsboy for volunteering to take up the 5th place on Sunday's show. His Kombi Panel Van with Spaceroof will be a great addition to our stand!

First post updated with the display Kombis - interesting to note there will be no 'green' BraziBay on the stand!!

I know you should always have your greens, but it seems none were available this time round, you had your chance ......!

Ok now my mate's surprise Stag Do has taken place - yes he's on here, so I couldn't allude to what I'm now about to write, here's the plan!

Saturday - could all those displaying convene at my house between 7.30-8.00am ready to leave at just after 8.00am please?  I'll have tea and bacon sandwiches on the go.

At the end of the show everyone is welcome to come back to mine and we'll have the traditional take-away curry and games.  Anyone wishing to is welcome to stop the night.  I can provide electric hook-ups for those wanting to sleep in their camper.

Sunday - the clocks spring forward of course so having adjusted for that, again, those joining for the second day, please be at my house for 7.30-8.00am.

I'm not displaying on the Sunday but will still lead the group down and be at the show for the majority of the day.

Will try and get a dog sitter sorted and come back to yours for a curry and a cheeky beer or two.. Let you know soonest...

Can we book a space in your drive for Sat night please, we'll bring (birthday) cake.

Each campervan will have a display info card for visitors to our stand to read.  As many of this year's show stars have been featured before I will use the text you kind folks have given me before.

If there's been a significant update to your BraziBay please remind me so I can adjust the necessary text.

I've sent those of you who are Volksworld 'virgins' a short questionnaire - please get the answers back to me by tomorrow.

Looks like we'll be on the rear apron this year people. Where we normally go rather than up on the grassy bit as last year.

I suggest you bring folding chairs as we may be able to form a seating area .... emphasis on 'may.'

Also, layer-up, the weather looks changeable.

Yeah of course .... won't we be serving the cocktails from there?!

Am I right in thinking that this area is 'hard standing' ?
Could be good if it gets wet.
