I'm looking at a Busbox from the Madmatz stall. Also need a new Brazilian flag - the old one's lost it's colour.

Our flag pole broke while at Brighton Breeze last year, might look for a replacement.

Like the look of the Busbox HH but didn't really want to spend too much , credit card has taken a bit of a beating recently!! Shorter table leg is on my radar as missed out at Camperjam...

Our flag pole snapped in an overnight storm in Cornwall last summer. When it was bought I remember it had a 'life time' guarantee. The trouble is the receipt is well and truly lost.....
I'll add a new one to the Volksworld shopping list too !

Mrs Bumble will be collecting a pre ordered matching duvet cover from Sarahs stall at VW Camper curtains and will be looking for a yellow tin opener . Also hoping to look at rainbow screens stall.

Loads of coffee, bangers and mash yesterday and today a luverly cooked breakfast!

Got the new flag pole and Brazilian flag. Busbox needs to be mail ordered but thank you Tallulah for organising a club discount.

Overspent!

BusBox and inside wheel cover from MadMatz, negotiated a deal on the only 'naked' busbox they had with them on display, and also a 10% club discount for the rest of the year - I'll post info in the appropriate section.

New flag pole - ours was a victim of the storm at Brighton Breeze last year.

Replacement wheel nuts, and one or two other bits for future kombi mods!

I will now be hibernating until I can once again afford to buy food.

Bus box looks good but a little pricey. HH did you not make something similar recently?

We too thank Mr and Mrs T. For the club discount From madmatz as we too have a busbox winging its way too us as well.
Also picked up a 3 socket hook up extension too from JustKampers , so much for not spending anything eh??

I did indeed make something similar last summer but it was frustratingly too wide and the lid didn't open between the seats. In fact, the Busbox is a tight fit but works fine once in the correct position. It is actually quite a narrow gap, especially with the seat belt brackets.

Another to add to the flagpole buyers (8m high remember, guys, no flagpole envy here )

Oh, and three Volksworld rusted bus cushions.

I did see your attempt HH and it looked great just a shame it didn't quite fit. We went for the naked version and we're still discussing the colour combo. Thought for the money they were pretty good value so looking forward to receiving it. Glad you picked up on it as would probably have walked past the Madmatz stand otherwise..

Lots of talk at the end of yesterday's show on the best way to enhance the naked Busbox. It was decided that before any layer of glossy paint was applied a couple of undercoats were needed. Decoupage was another option but I might look at something like this -
