Do you enjoy a bacon sandwich?

That won't put me off a bacon sandwich. The question is what sort of processing. I suspect that there isn't a problem with traditional methods such as curing, more with processes which add chemicals, including those which encourage the absorption of water to increase the weight of the product. That's why I always buy dry-cured bacon.
