Possibly because of the lack of an English manual or maybe just a lack of common sense, but did it take you a while to discover something on your Bay? I have no shame, so I'll kick things off:

That the pull lever for the lights also twists to adjust the instrument panel brightness? Several months
That pressing in the knob on the speedo doesn't re-set the trip, but in fact displays the time? Errr....let's say over a year

Any other offers? Maybe we can learn something!

Driving with the main beam on because I didn't know you needed to pull the lever that bit further until it clicked to switch it off.

For a long time,...... driving around at night with the light in the engine compartment on. Didn't even realise it had such modern technology Smile

It's tucked up behind the wiring loom that runs across the rear panel where the engine lid hinge is.

The brass tab sticking up is the switch. It only comes on with the side-lights on. (mine had the switch in the on position, so every time I drove at night the light was on Rolling Eyes

)

How about 'that it makes no difference to the brightness, really'; i.e. you still cannot see the full display. Sleep
