There are potentially a few good campsites around the south coast but they may not all like the sound of 'club camping' which is a shame.
A good location and things to do and see (without necessarily driving your Kombi) plus a good walk or two from the site we would suggest are almost pre-requisites for an ideal location.
The potential for a good itinerary will always help to attract members when arranging such a doo!

Ulwell Cottage Caravan Park Link:
Ulwell Pet friendly with good shower facilities, launderettes, WiFi, site shop, restaurant and bar, you can even swim in the indoor pool if you do not fancy the sea!
Walks: To the beach, to Swanage Town, Coastal Path to Old Harry Rocks, To Corfe
To do: Steam train to/from Corfe, plus a visit to the Castle
