headlamp bulb replacement?

Hi all. Noticed yesterday that one of my headlights is working on full beam but not as side light..if that makes sense!
is it likely to be a simple bulb needing to be replaced? or something more complicated? In other words can I attempt it myself or do I need to head to the garage?

Hi Elliec,

more than likely it's the dipped beam has gone and, as it's a combined bulb, will need to be replaced.

If you've not upgraded your bulbs, it's worth doing so; you'll get more power from them. Replace both at the same time.
