A bit 'heath robinson' again I'm afraid, but on my brake pedal I chopped the toe end off an old sock, fed it over the pedal, tucked the end into the brushes to hold it in place and put an elastic band round the top end to hold it round the barrel of the pedal. Sock moves up and down with the pedal, no drafts up your leg..... jod done, and take it off thru summer for air con!!
