| Avast there me lubbers, I took the insurance cert into Danbury today (so he will be taxed when we pick him up) and shivverrr me timbers the boy looks ship shape and Brizzle fashion. The Flash red is really quite loud and that was in the workshop! there was a team of guys beavering away with polish and stuff and Matt gave me a brief on what was left to do, polish the cannon, fit the topsail, get the barnacles off his bottom, swab the decks and on Thursday we splice the mainbrace. I reckon he's not all there ha harr. So three more sleeps and he sets sail with his new crew on a voyage of discovery around this fair land, can't wait! Roll on Vanwest | |

| Well today is the day we're off to pick up Jack this morning, the guys at Danbury have pulled out all the stops to get him ready before Easter, so a big thankyou from Jane and I to all concerned. We have a hand over ceremony at 11:00 and the band will be in the Marque at around 10:45 with Luncheon being served around 12:00, aren't Danbury great The camera is being taken along so hopefully this evening I'll have an avatar and some pics of the boy on here watch this space. | YAY! home safe and sound, a great journey home, Massouf smiles all the way back. There was only one thing wrong for the hand over But the guys are putting that right. Whilst there another possible new member turned up in a Danbury hire wagon, Richard Hammond, we had a chat and he told me all about a bay window, bless him and he was going in to buy one after we left, Result! I've started with the bling already so some before and after shots to come. Funny thing is it has the same charachteristics as my 74 Devon except the gearchange on the 74 was a lot better, but withh 2k on the clock, maybe it will loosen up a bit in the future. well off to bling just need to read up on getting the widow winders off later shipmates | |

| For the window winders, push the black spacer behind the handle up, that will release it from the winder shaft, took me ages to work that one out when I tried.

| Nice one dude, completely foxed me but managed to crack it, not literally finished for the night now got some bling on, however a couple of bits are not quite as good a fit and the hole drilling in Brazil seems to be egg shaped so i cant fit the door lock bling I will now try and upload some phots, as I have lost my card reader I may be some time | |
