When we choose a destination we try to pick a campsite that is within a short walking distance of the target of our trip. If you have examples to share then please list them here. We will start to add some of our own, in posts below. osg

If you're ever going to a show or display at the Kent Showground, in Detling, there is a great park called Oak View Holiday Park. Less than a mile to walk to the showground, the facilities are always well looked after and the staff are very friendly. We've stayed there a few times over the last few years and they're always more than happy to have a VW bus turn up!
