As I said in Brazibanter last night, Brazil is the the place to be over the next 10-20 years. They appear to have big plans and are booming.

I suspect that this will mean that they won't want to drive vehicles quite so "basic" as the T2, so could bring about the death knell for vans like ours in the future.

2014 is the expected cut-off point. That's when all newly produced home market vehicles in Brazil must have abs and airbags as standard.

Wonder if someone could buy the patterns and build them like kit cars.
