Bed Boards Bolt

I've been meaning to do this since seeing the idea on someone else's BraziBay last year. Fed up with your bed boards slamming forward when you have to pull up sharply? Here's the solution. £5 from B&Q. Now the front pull down handle can rest easy it's not going to get smacked anymore.



By the way, those bed boards are thick - tough to get a screw through. Nice to know really.

I've got one off those but lost the handle of the bolt (it unscrewed itself). Currently having to jam a bit of paper in the latch to stop it coming undone (and the bedboards slamming forward when putting on the anchors).

That'll go on the 'snag' list then for the first service.
