| Wow Lulu
Same here Kiteman - I did one last night. They seemed happy enough watching my ears bleed to the banging tunes! It's a lot harder to get the biting point when you can't here the engine in my bus I've discovered
I did the prom run as a favour. Some people have asked me what I charge and had a wedding enquiry?
Do you need special insurance for this type of thing? Not wanting to start a business but don't want to come a cropper on some red tape

| If you intend to take any money for wedding or prom hire you will need specific hire and reward insurance as well as public liability insurance.
The licensing rules around prom may mean you also need a taxi license (issued by your local council) although wedding hire is generally excluded from this rule.
Hope that helps. ________________________________________________________________________________ www.alpinegrovetouringpark.com Twitter: @AlpineGrove Facebook: facebook.com/alpinegrovetouringpark

Not wanting to start a business but don't want to come a cropper on some red tape I just made a verbal agreement to say, that if anything happens I'm doing it as a favour. It was a friend of a friend which made it easier. Got £100 and a 6 pack of beer. ________________________________________________________________________________ Ginger man without a ginger van

| Robin is transporting my 16 year old lad and friends to the Prom on Tuesday - and he says that he wants to get up on the front roof rack as he arrives at the venue - usually I would say that's not too safe - but he weighs less than a mouse (skinny kid) - so he should be okay, and hopefully Robins gutters can handle it!
But, Lulu's fantastic interior has given me ideas on how to get it looking good. I think he will go for black and white theme. Great job on Lulu though - thanks for posting the pic.

Feel a bit ashamed now. Did a prom run on Thursday and didn't do anything to Ginger Same here Lulu is looking great! And we are going to pinch the idea for LED candles definitely! We did 3 proms this year - but as a self-drive hire (dads were driving). To do the chauffeur-driven hire for anything apart from weddings (and funerals ) you need a licence from the council. We investigated and it is not worthy the hassle really if you have only one van.
