These 2 arrived together - mates or just a coincidence?

Hello, in response to your above photo's, ours is the dark pink one (yes i know it doesnt look pink, doesnt seem to photo well) on the right in the last photo. Mates? no, alas he was a rather snooty chap who informed me that he doesnt like the watercooled variety (well i took that as snooty). Very noticably he had some nasty rust patches appearing through the paint work about 3 inches above the rear right wheel, some thing to watch out for.
I think we may have spotted your red van touring the carpark on sunday some time after 3pm. We definately saw malcolms, we were the couple pearing around his van as he was starting up to leave.
As for ours, he is called Steeeeve. We picked him up from danburys last oct, and is used as our everyday vehicle. He is the rio model design with right hand drive, steering converstion and sun roof.

Sorry to hear you and the sky blue owner didn't hit it off - but not to worry there's plenty of Brazilian T2 mates to be found here - whatever your powerplant.
Yes that was my son and I doing a final coast around the car park making sure we hadn't missed any other Kombis before we headed home. Great to hear you met Malcolm - a Bay in a similar pastel shade!

I cant say me met malcolm, just peered at him and his van, being new to the camper owning thing, we do have a need to peer intently at any Danbury's we come across

On another note - I was very surprised that Danbury had not brought along their new power-assisted T2 for people to try out. I would have thought it was the ideal show to demonstrate it at.

Hi Tim - We are not allowed to demo at shows sorry (health and safety / Insurance etc!) but you and anyone else are more than welcome to call us on 01454 310000 and arrange a visit / demo. It is a fantastic drive and Malcolm Eales has driven one and thought it was great so I'm sure he will let you know if asked.
