hi. Does anyone know of a Brazilian trained service garage that works on a Saturday? Preferably but not necessarily within a sensible distance of Warwickshire. We've used Danbury to date but mon-fri only option is proving tricky. I've spoken to Paul brand who will take delivery on a Saturday and then return to collect the following weekend - but that's quite a lot of toing and froing.

Danbury can accept your camper on a Saturday too if that helped ? I know Monday to Friday is a pain but the Danbury service team certainly know what they are doing and if they need any parts they are on the shelf in the parts dept ten feet from their ramps so most services are finished the same day .... Just call us on 01454 310000 to discuss / book anything you need. Thank you

Took my Danbury to The Old Dub Shop in Pill (Just outside Bristol, right next to the M5) today and the guys fitted a Litesteer electronic power assisted steering unit for me. Top service, great hourly labour rates, I know where I will be going in the future for my servicing and any other needs.

Hi dylosc, welcome to the forum. I'm assuming you are from the Bristol area, I spend a lot of my time just over the bridge from Pill.....Stoke Bishop.
I too called in to see Spence at the Old Dub Shop earlier in the year. A really nice, knowledgeable guy. He seems to specialise in air cooled, although he has done some aquas, and likes applying the lowering stick, he was keen to show me his powered lowering system, not my scene but interesting .
Seems to be a bit of a whizz with suspensions generally though, which is good to know.

Yes, I had a demonstration of his dancing suspension! Whether air cooled or water cooled it is good to find someone local who can service a Danbury beyond the oil, plugs and air filter and at labour rates that put others to shame.

If you are looking for somewhere to service your van in or near Gloucester, try Hullins, Unit 1b, 279 Bristol Road, Gloucester, GL2 5DD. Tel: 01452 502333. The business is owned by 2 Brothers who have a passion and knowledge of VW Campers. They recently fitted two disc brakes for me and can do servicing at competitive labour rates. They also deal with classic cars.
