Does anyone use a cover on a van which has both "dub tub" and rear-mounted spare? Does the JK cover fit for instance?

Don't know if the Jk one will might be worth giving them a call to see if they know. I know Danbury do one that will fit with both

I didn't get a positive answer to this when I last posted it. Does anyone have any advice?

Danbury have got a special offer on covers at the moment Alderley. Worth giving them a call to see if it fits your requirements.

Reviving this subject, a question for everyone who leaves their van outside over winter. Do you cover or not, is it worth it? That's two questions I suppose.

I leave mine out in the open all year round, have been pondering a cover for sometime but not sure about it either. I'd be worried about the paint getting scuffed when the cover flaps in the wind and by taking the cover on and off if there's dirt on the inside. Plus I know the covers are breathable but would still think they would trap and potentially make the problem worse. Would like to know how people get on that have covers

FYI ive got covers on mine and dont have any problems with paint work etc but I do make sure I wash them first....I think its better to have some protection from the weather, especially at this time of year

By the way, what's the price of the Danbury cover? I was told that there was a special offer on and I called up. Somebody was supposed to be calling me back but never did.

Hi Alderley. Normal price is £199 and we have them on special offer at the moment. Just PM me for details as these offer change from time to time. If you join the Danbury owners club we send out special offer e mails. Thanks

its quite soft inside looking at mine, put it on dry and clean and don't drop it inside down on the floor should be OK Smile I used one for months on a racing car as long as its tight and doesn't flap paint seems to be unaffected, also good for in the garage as it stops little chips when walking past or kids dragging stuff out like bikes!!
