Subject: Rudi the Love Bus Thu Jun 07, 2012 1:54 pm
On Jubilee Bank Holiday Tuesday Rudi did his first wedding chauffeuring! I think we were excited nearly as much as main participants of the event... The main issue was how to do an instant make over as Rudi has very ordinary interior - not event leather upholstery. So below come some photos...how to disguise the sink and the spare wheel It's not perfect yet but we will get there...

Looks FAB One tiny suggestion - perhaps consider removing the curtains for such events? What you have done with the white to cover everything is great Rooby Roo

I know!They are awful... We tried that option but it looked so empty that we put them back. We didn't have enough time to replace the curtains this time but they will be going soon anyway and for next wedding we will get a special new set.

Well I thiink it looks bloomin' marvellous - and you can see a lot of work has gone into it. Hey - Tallulah does Weddings but I wonder what she looks like in her wedding dress?

Thank you for all kind comments! Although I have to admit that I take little credit for the interior transformation, being completely useless with needles - we have a very talented retired fried who helped us a lot.
@Skytiger - I should thank you as we were looking at your wedding photos and nicked the idea for caravan step; it traveled hidden under that fabric at the back as we did not manage to fit the proper step yet
