It takes your BMI and compares it globally to see where you fit in the global stats, country wise. Also amusingly tells you how much more/less fat would be added to population weight if everyone weighed what you do.
I apparently fit with those from Eritrea, and if everybody had the same BMI as me, it would remove 40,280,259 tonnes from the toal weight of the world's population.
